Carrie is passionate about assisting her clients of all ages to achieve and maintain optimal health, wellness and movement by providing techniques, strategies and education addressing the root of the issue.
She attended Acadia University where she completed the Bachelor of Kinesiology program, receiving the Governor General’s Silver Medal. Carrie then completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Western Ontario. Upon graduation, she has worked in research (co-author on the Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines for the Early Years, The Canadian Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines for the Early Years and 20+ other publications), physiotherapy home care, rehabilitation and clinical environments. She has also spent time at an orphanage in Mexico providing physiotherapy treatment and education.
Carrie has taken continuing education courses in acupuncture; exercise; soft tissue mobilization; osteoporosis, arthritis and concussion management; pediatrics (torticollis, head molding, tethered oral tissues); pelvic health and many more.

Megan graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in Kent, England with a Master of Osteopathy degree after completing a four year, full-time degree involving over 1000 hours of supervised clinical experience. While studying her Osteopathy degree, Megan discovered a passion for the treatment of babies and children. Following this, she completed a two-year post-graduate course at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London, England, which involved over 600 hours of clinic-based training, working in a range of environments from private practice to Neonatal Intensive Care Units.

Kaitlyn believes in family-centred care, and takes the time to ensure that she is implementing this approach with each one of her patients. She’s passionate about helping kids reach their goals and feel their best! Kaitlyn completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at Brock University and her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University, where she received an Outstanding Achievement Award. A registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian & Ontario Physiotherapy Associations, she has worked in outpatient clinic, acute hospital and rehabilitation settings. She is also a CureDuchenne Certified Physiotherapist for Muscular Dystrophy. Kaitlyn has a strong interest in pediatrics, oncology and global health. Her interest in pediatrics has led her to work both in children’s treatment centres and as a intervention physiotherapist on a Leukaemia study at The Hospital for Sick Kids.
